Tour Package Inclusions and Terms:
Your tour package includes a comprehensive range of services, such as transportation (all listed modes), fuel, accommodation, local taxes, services of a professional tour director, and specified meals as per the itinerary. Please note that drinks, lunch, and additional meals beyond those mentioned in the final itinerary are not covered.
At Morocco service tours, we strive to ensure a smooth and well-organized tour according to the specified arrangements. Please note that while we carefully select our suppliers, we do not have direct control over their services, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, adjustments to the itinerary or services may be necessary. In such cases, we reserve the right to make appropriate modifications, including substituting accommodations with similar options. Expenses like porterage, gratuities, meals (unless otherwise indicated), drinks, telephone calls, attraction entrance fees, and personal items are the responsibility of the client.
Booking and Deposits:
To secure your booking with morocco service tours, a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required. This deposit will be deducted from your overall trip expense, and the remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the tour’s start date.
Upon receiving your deposit, we will promptly send you a confirmation email containing your verified travel itinerary.
While we accept bookings up to two days in advance, we recommend making reservations well in advance, especially during peak seasons like Christmas and Easter.
The final payment, covering 100% of the total tour price, must be received by us 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that once the payment is made, no refunds can be issued. In the event of overdue balance payment and inability to reach you, your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your booking, you must send a written notice via email. The date of receipt of this correspondence will determine the applicable cancellation charges, if any. Charges will be calculated from the date of receiving the cancellation notification or acknowledgment email from us, based on the following scale.
The cancellation charges will be calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost, excluding any amendment charges and non-refundable amounts paid at the time of booking or before the balance due date.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the tour start date: 30% of the total tour price must be funded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 0 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour price must be funded.
Please note that there will be no refund if you cancel your holiday after departure, whether due to illness (of yourself, a family member, or a travel companion) or any other reason.

Accommodation
At Morocco Service Tours, we carefully select accommodations based on four key criteria: the view, food quality, comfort, and intangibles. We take great consideration of customer feedback to ensure the best experience.
Smoking Policy:
Please be aware that all our motorcoaches are non-smoking. However, frequent rest stops are available to accommodate those who may have allergies to smoke.
Dietary Needs:
If your tour includes meals, kindly inform us of any special dietary requirements during the booking process so that we can notify our suppliers accordingly.
Itinerary Notes:
Certain tours may offer choices for attractions or accommodations, with optional attractions incurring additional costs. To secure your preferred options, we recommend booking early as space may be limited. If you wish to deviate from the tour to visit friends or family, please inform the tour director in advance.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are discretionary but greatly appreciated by the professionals involved. We conducted a survey regarding including tour director and driver tips in the tour fare, and the majority opposed it. General guidelines for gratuities range from 10% to 20% of the total tour price per tour director and driver. Tips for local guides, meals, chambermaids, and luggage handling are also customary, with specific amounts suggested.
