Tour Package Inclusions and Terms:

Your Morocco tour Packages includes a comprehensive variety of services, including transportation (all indexed modes), gas, accommodation, nearby taxes, services of a expert tour director, and distinct meals as consistent with the itinerary. Please observe that liquids, lunch, and extra food past those referred to inside the very last itinerary are not covered.

Booking and Deposits:

To secure your booking with morocco service tours, a nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the whole package deal cost is required. This deposit may be deducted from your average journey expense, and the final balance have to be settled 30 days prior to the tour’s start date.

Upon receiving your deposit, we can promptly send you a confirmation e mail containing your tested travel itinerary.

While we take delivery of bookings up to 2 days in advance, we propose making reservations nicely earlier, in particular during peak seasons like Christmas and Easter.

The very last payment, overlaying one hundred% of the full excursion fee, must be received via us 30 days earlier than the scheduled arrival date. Please notice that when the payment is made, no refunds may be issued. Closing Provisions:

To cancel a booking, written notice must be sent via email. The date you receive these documents will determine the cancellation fee, if any. Costs will be calculated from the date of receipt of this cancellation notice or confirmation email, based on the following scale. The cancellation fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the holiday, excluding any change fees paid at the time of booking or before the remaining date, and non-refundable fees. 

  +Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the trip: A fee of 30% of the total price of the trip is due.

  +Cancellations made 30 to 0 days prior to the commencement date of the trip: 100% of the total price of the trip must be paid. 

Please note that there are no refunds if your holiday is canceled after you leave, whether due to illness (yourself, family member, travel partner) or any other reason.

Accommodation

At Morocco Service Tours, we carefully select accommodations based on four key criteria: the view, food quality, comfort, and intangibles. We take great consideration of customer feedback to ensure the best experience.

Smoking Policy:

Please be aware that all our motorcoaches are non-smoking. However, frequent rest stops are available to accommodate those who may have allergies to smoke.

Dietary Needs:

If your Morocco tour includes meals which it will, kindly inform us of any special dietary requirements during the booking process so that we can notify our suppliers accordingly.

Itinerary Notes:

Certain tours may offer choices for attractions or accommodations, with optional attractions incurring additional costs. To secure your preferred options, we recommend booking early as space may be limited. If you want to deviate from the excursion to visit buddies or family, please inform the tour director earlier.

Gratuities:

Support is discretionary but greatly appreciated by the staff involved. We conducted a survey regarding including tour director and driver tips in the tour fare, and the majority opposed it. General guidelines for gratuities range from 10% to 20% of the total tour price per tour director and driver. Tips for local guides, meals, chambermaids, and luggage handling are also customary, with specific amounts suggested.
